Welcome to my gallery. Here is information about its arrangement that will help you navigate these artworks.  They are mostly water media (watercolor and acrylic) with some drawings in pastel, charcoal and graphite. You can locate them by my categories or just browse through the collection. Each site will tell you the size, medium, price, and some description. The categories are: landscapes, People , abstracts and flowers. Some pictures  that you may find of interest , are outside these categories  The dimensions are in inches, first by height then by width. The paintings and drawings are all original, no copies (or giclée’s).  I hope you will have the time to explore what I have created and share this location with others.  I welcome your questions about any piece that is of interest to you.

The artwork offered here presents a variety of techniques and subjects, ranging from very abstract to representational. It varies in mood as well as the artist tries to capture the moods of nature and the feelings of people.

About The Artist

.Ms. Leonard was born into a traveling family. Her father was a U. S. Public Health Service doctor, and they were moved around like the military. She was married to a husband that had the family traveling from time to time, to places like Micronesia and Malaysia. These influences from different places and people impacted her world view and her approach to her art. She currently lives in Southern Arizona. She enjoys being near her family and draws inspiration from the southwestern landscape and cultures. She is an experienced artist who works in various media. She is noted for her keen eye for color, design, and use of light in composition. She enjoys experimenting with new ideas and developing new skills. She is an artist who loves making her art: drawing, painting, designing. She particularly enjoys the outdoors and drawing people in the various parts they play or have played in life.
