Drawing and painting people is one of  my favorite things to do. They are always fascinating subjects. I meet with a group of fellow artists each week.  We share the cost of a model who dresses to represent some historical  or fictional figure or is dressed appropriately for a certain time or culture. I have used  various media. Most of these people pictures come from this source, though not all. Enjoy

From the art group – this is not a guitar. Developed in the 15th-century  it is a fretted plucked Spanish string instrument, shaped like a guitar but tuned like a lute and  is used currently by Mariachis.
